Internal and Lead Auditor Training

This five-day comprehensive course teaches the trainee about the full ISO 9000 registration process, including auditing quality manuals and quality procedures. The course is built around a variety of workshops, case studies, including quality manual and quality procedures that students will audit. The seminar concludes with a final examination. The course runs approximately eight (8) hours per day, with a two (2) hour exam on the fifth (5th) day.

Six Sigma - Process Development

The purpose of this course in Six Sigma Black Belt is to provide comprehensive training in the complete Six Sigma Black Belt Body of Knowledge. The Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control methodology is presented with numerous case studies and examples drawn from service, business process, and manufacturing applications. This course is designed to support Minitab data analysis software (must be purchased separately. This course is a nine (9) day weekend course that includes workshops, lectures, slide shows, classroom discussion, and includes a real Six Sigma Project that the student actually works on a real project at work that will be implemented in their organization to bring real process improvement results.
