Project Managed Array Connector Corporation to ISO 9001:2000 Certification in twenty (20) project days with Zero (0) Findings on the Certification Audit.
Initiated recent process change in Array Connector Production process that lead to savings of over $750,000 in reduced rework.
Fred has led the ISO 9000 program at C.C. Tool & Engineering from registrar contract to ISO Certification in 75 DAYS.
Fred has led Cotecna Quality Resources Inc. an ISO Quality Management Systems Registrar from application to RAB Accreditation within Record Time (6 months).
While at Hercules Inc. as their ISO Management Representative he had Back-to-Back PERFECT surveillance audits.
He has international experience throughout the Caribbean, Central and South American regions. When he was the Corporate Quality Manager at DIRECTV Latin America he lead a 140 Member Team Project in the development, documentation, implementation, testing, training, and maintenance of their business continuity program throughout the USA, Latin America and Caribbean regions in Less than One (1) year.
